tunnel vision: the tendency to focus only on a single situation or aspect
Drawn as gift art to my friend/mentor Malia, this is a character of an unfinished comic we worked on together a few years ago. It's amazing that even after we lost interest in continuing the story, we still feel muchly attached to the characters we made.
The unfinished work was about a team of secret agents from assorted nationalities working under the U.N. (cheesy huh? that's one of the reason it's dropped). The character above, Stefano Castellani, is the team leader. Italian, 29 years old. He lives his public life as a cafe owner that doubles as the team's hideout. An unconventional tactician, very confident, has a soft spot for older women and drinks three different kinds of coffee every day in the morning, afternoon and evening. His appearance is loosely based on Juventus FC's team doctor, Fabrizio Tencone (me and my friend were such fangirls of that Italian football team
